Deluxe Cleaning

Our Deluxe Cleaning is highly recommended as the first-time cleaning of your home in order to prepare your home for normal recurring cleanings. Also available for One-Time and Spring Cleanings.

This service includes everything in the General Cleaning list items (shown below) with a detailed focus and emphasis on built up dirt, to include the following:

• Ceiling fan blades (hand washed or wiped) *
• Light fixtures (hand washed in place/not removed) *
• Cobwebs removed
• Blinds & shutters (vacuumed or wiped w/micro fiber) **
• Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)
• Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture) ***
• Lamps & lampshades (dusted or vacuumed w/ attachment)
• Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)
• Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)
• Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)
• Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave
• Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed
• Empty House – clean floor well where the appliances were located
• All Cabinet fronts (washed)
• Empty House – open and wipe out all cabinets & drawers
• All Doors (washed)
• Light switch plates (washed)
• Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)
• All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
• Mirrors (Windexed all the way to the top) *
• Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed if build up)
• All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
• Empty House – wipe out all drawers and cabinets.
• Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)
• Stairs (vacuumed, wood washed)
• Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)
• Closets, wipe off shelves.

General and Recurring Cleanings

General Cleaning is the minimum that is necessary for the first-time cleaning of your home in order to prepare for your home for normal recurring cleanings.

These things are taken care of in both general and recurring cleans.

• Ceiling fans & light fixtures (dusted) *
• Cobwebs removed
• Blinds, window sills, & lock ledges (dusted) **
• Baseboards, Moldings & woodwork (dusted) ***
• Lamps & lampshades (dusted)
• Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted)
• Furniture (dusted & polished)
• Top of refrigerator (dusted)
• Outside of appliances cleaned
• Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed
• Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)
• All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
• Mirrors (Windexed)
• Tub/shower & tiles (scrubbed)
• All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
• Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)
• Stairs (vacuumed, wood dusted)
• Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)

One Time Cleans

One-time cleans such as Our Deluxe Spring Clean, Move in/move out Cleans, Construction clean up, Model maintenance, party prep and clean up

At Neat N Clean Home Services, we’re creating free time for busy people and the peace of mind knowing that we provide a consistent, thorough clean every time.

Optional Services: 

Refrigerator cleaning, freezer cleaning, oven cleaning, oven cleaning, cabinets & closets cleaned and organized, garages cleaned and organized.

Laundry, Making beds, Interior windows washed

Important Notes:

Please remember that the proper Deluxe Spring Cleaning or General Cleaning sets the stage for the recurring cleanings that follow.

Neat N Clean Home Services assumes that the home will be picked up and in order to facilitate heavy cleaning.

Please remember to allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.

** We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require ultra-sonic mini-blind cleaning (available upon request).

*** We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.
